1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the spade88 platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances held across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. spade88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or utility bill — at any time, including at the point of withdrawal request.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. spade88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. Any actions taken through your account, whether authorised by you or not, are your responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the spade88 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. Supported deposit methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed on the deposit page at the time of the transaction;

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms:

In the event of any dispute regarding game outcomes, the result recorded in the spade88 server logs shall be considered definitive.

spade88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the platform in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments To These Terms

spade88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, spade88 will use reasonable efforts to provide notice via the platform or to the Member's registered email address at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the spade88 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendments take effect.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to spade88's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
